It is even ideal for experienced clients that are chasing that addictive burn. Expect high repetition, high volume movement patterns with a highlight on improving strength. Modifications provided to suit your level.

    A 50min INTERMEDIATE Reformer Pilates class that is perfect when you’re chasing that extra challenge. Suitable for SCULPT addicts or those who love strength training in the gym but are looking to change things up a little. This class works through 4 week strength blocks and challenging muscular endurance sequences. Of course, regressions and progressions always available to suit the level of challenge you are chasing.

  • Signature Mat

    A 50min OPEN LEVEL mat Pilates class. Suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced, this class is ideal for those wanting to learn or master their Pilates practices. Think stability, control and muscular endurance intertwined to give you the perfect full body, well-rounded, spicy Pilates class.

  • Conditioning

    This OPEN LEVEL conditioning class is run by Jonty @agfitaus. It is designed to challenge and support participants with a dynamic mix of running, free weights, cardio and functional movement training. This class is aimed at improving your cardiovascular health and endurance. This class is all about getting that heart rate up, sweating together and having fun! Scalable options always provided to ensure your level of fitness is catered for.

  • Sculpt Mat

    A 50min INTERMEDIATE mat Pilates class. Suitable for those who love that Pilates burn but also chase that high intensity vibe. Ideal for those looking to challenge their Pilates muscular endurance using circuits, intervals, AMRAPS etc. Think Pilates but with a little extra pace and sweat.
